The terms and conditions of membership at the Alliance National Center of Alternative Communication „We Hear You” (NCAC) are described in details at the Statute (art. 15, 16, 17).

The following steps are necessary to ensure you become a member of NCAC:

1. Submit to the Board of the Association NCAC "We Hear You", a personally signed Application for Membership, sent electronically to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  (in .doc, .docx, .pdf format), or on paper to the registered office of the Association at: Sofia 1336, zhk. "Lyulin" -3, bl. 345, ent. A., ap. 078.

2. The Application for Membership (in free style) must contain: individual data of the candidate (three names, residential address, phone, email address), reasons for membership in the Association and a declaration that you are familiar with and accept the decrees of the Association's Statute as its regular or associated member (indicate one of the two);

3. You will receive the Decision of the Board within three working days from the date of submission of your documents. After that, you need to pay your membership fee. It is for one year and is paid within the calendar year. The amount of the membership fee is as follows:

• for individuals - regular and associate members - 30.00 BGN.
• for legal entities - 50.00 BGN.

4. The ways in which you can pay the membership fee are:

• by bank transfer (from a bank branch or via online banking);
• in person, at the registered office of the Association, against a receipt for the amount received;
• through the cash desks of EasyPay to the Association's account.
